You are making a decision to slow the run down to benefit yourself at the expense of others. That's a pretty clear cut case of justified vote kick.

You are not entitled to do whatever you want in a group setting, where your actions affect others. This is exactly what vote kick is for.

So by your logic, all fresh 50s in level-appropriate gear should also be booted for slowing down the run. No new players allowed, i120 or bust.

But they are still using gear of a low ilvl. Therefore, someone else using gear of a low ilvl is performing exactly the same as a new player. They are not "slowing down a run" by wearing gear of a level that the dungeon is MEANT to be run in. There is no rule that says that "if you have i120 gear you must wear that gear in all dungeons." Heck, some people enjoy the challenge of running a dungeon as it was meant to be run instead of just steamrolling it.

I get that you're butthurt that you can't speedrun everything, but deal with it. Sometimes you actually do get new players in main story dungeons.

Think thats the relevant quote. If rest of the party request the other to change to relevant gear and they refuse then it is a justifiable use of the vote-kick function.
