HA, I already have been, It's just like been a fresh 50 and there was no issue at keeping everyone up.

If I see someone SB on my time, I tell them to change gear or get kicked. Go SB at Urth's, don't waste my time in a dungeon.
No, it isn't vote kick abuse. You're abusing the group by intentionally gimping yourself.

And which of the "dismiss-able" reason does wearing "inferior" gear violate?
AFK - definitely not, the person is playing
Offline - definitely not, the person is playing
Harassment - a weak maybe at best. definition of Harassment: "the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including threats and demands." The spirit of the rule is define an abusive action being inflicted.
Cheating - definitely not.
Thus, kicking someone for wearing "inferior" gear is definitely abusing the system.

Everything can fall under 'harassment'. There is only one abuse case - to explicitly want to deny that person loot so you kick them. Everything else, if the majority of the party doesn't want you there, well too bad! Maybe you shouldn't have been doing whatever you were doing that got you kicked. And which of the "dismiss-able" reason does wearing "inferior" gear violate?

LOL @this comment.
Please explain how wearing class/dungeon ilvl req appropriate gear is by any means harassment?
I'd really like to hear this... *continues to eat lunch and waits the reply*
EDIT: Oh and before you reply Ellatrix, keep in mind that this is not about coils/raids, but dungeons...

You are making a decision to slow the run down to benefit yourself at the expense of others. That's a pretty clear cut case of justified vote kick.LOL @this comment.

You are not entitled to do whatever you want in a group setting, where your actions affect others. This is exactly what vote kick is for.
The only real problem is people spirit bonding cafting gear not crated gear CRAFTING GEAR that gives no boost what so ever maybe if it was only one piece of crafting gear but over 2 NO SIR GOOD GOD NO. At lest be courteous and use something that has at lest 1 stat that would benefit you WITHOUT MATIREA on it. Other wise no vote kicking them just fine.
And yes I know wer at the point well way past the point where good weapons can make up for it but still no not in DF its not cool to make others go through that if there's even one person who doesn't want you to do it. I will always be that person by the way.

When people stop speedrunning every effing content in the game and stop telling others how they should play, maybe just maybe people will be more considerate. But as far as I can tell. The ones complaining are the ones just want get the content dones ASAP regardless of whether the healers have MP and the DPS/Tanks have TP,
If a healers can heal the group while SB'ing then good for them. If a DPS can push higher DPS then a newbie in the dungeon while SB'ing then great and lastly if a Tank can tank with SB gear, awesome.

How can you be gimping the group in a level 50 dungeon if you're still healing or dealing damage expected for an i50-60 player?

Or even better, if its full i55 crafted (and a crafted weapon) that match your job, how will they even know if you're spiritbonding, or just a new player?
