    Estinien's return (2.5 Part 2 Discussion)

    So Estinien the Job rival from Dragoon Job storyline is shown in 2.5 trailer to be making a return in 2.5 Part 2 Main Scenario.

    What role do you think he will play into this?

    If you're talking about the DRG shown after Y'shtola, you sure that's not just the devs wearing DRG AF like the WAR AF from earlier? 'cause I'm pretty sure that's not Curious Gorge in the Rising Stones...

    it might not even be him. We not know based on the Trailers that Dragoons are elite Ishgardian wariors (just like what PLD were to Ul'dah) its just that only one of these dragoons can be chosen to become an Azure Dragoon.

    As for him making a return? Probably face him for DRG quest

    The armor he was wearing is the same Black Dragoon armor Estinien used and he is using the Elzen version of the armor which is what Estinien is.

    While this would be the first time a Job NPC is used for a Main Scenario, Estinien is tied into the war between the Dragon vs Ishgard. It would not be a surprise he makes some kind of a appearance due to what happened to him.
