Party chest for CT minions

Would it be somehow possible to have a party chest/drop for the minions in Crystal Tower, instead of the alliance drop?
I understand it's a challenge to win this minion but it's now very frustrating to keep rolling against 23 people. Myself I think I never rolled more than a 42 and I've done Syrcus Tower a lot, I fully equipped all the jobs, got all the sands/oils I needed, I even ran ST just for the light on whm, and I still don't have a chance on the minion. And WoD is going the same path.

Can I just add, not only for the CT Minions, but also for the CT Mats like the Dimension Blade Fragment from LotA, the Throne Gem from ST, and the Syrcus Shard from WoD?

I wouldn't mind having a a higher drop rate for the minions (the housing items can stay as they are though.)
