kinda hard to tell your pet to do something when you have it set to do what you want. as for the notification, no i dont think you can do that.

oh that sucks, i did see an option to remove error messages which work for other stuff, but this message and a system sound keeps making noise, the only way to remove the noise is by disable system sounds which works but the message keeps apearing in the middle of screen, somewhat above my char. i even tried to look if i can hide the HUD for it, but it appears it has no HUD lay out for this message. wish that it can he hidden or there is an option somewhere not to see it ><

A pet should never be on sic anyways, such a waste of their skills in that stance.

ye , agree Ilitsa, 100% like for raiding etc or serius content, absolotly.

but sometimes we are doing silly content like WoD, atm the grind is real hehe. so i rather have pet do on its own , while i just focus on dps most of the time etc. i mean for certain easy content it makes sense to just let it auto

You never need for it to be on Sic, either the encounter is tough enough to warrant manual control of buffs, or the content is trivial enough that you never need them.

    Stop using Sic. Problem solved.

    Not really.

I don't care what content you're doing, it never makes sense to leave it on auto.
You say you leave it on auto to just focus on DPS? Well guess what, you aren't 100% focused on your DPS because your pet is on auto, blowing its CDs like there's no tomorrow.

well there is 1 problem with it, while raiding i like time my skills which makes sense. but todo so, i have to mash the buttons for the pet skills repetidly, sometimes upoto 5-6 before they actually work. maybe there is some sort of delay there or something. while doing something easy, i want the selen buff to be up as soon the fight start, or as soon as they off cooldown, but i dont see why i shud be pressing the buttooon multipe times, sometimes even upto 10 times before selen actually respons, maybe selen is doing some actions? so i find it more usefull to focus on what i am doing rather than spaming the button for selen to respond, what do u think? or is there a problem with the way i am doing it, the causes selen to wait to respond? i use the available buttons from pet actoins menu and place them on my hot bar rather than using the pet hot bar, not sure if that makes any difference.

Number 1 rule of SCH healer: never put Eos on sic.

Honestly it doesn't make a huge difference at the lower levels, but once pets get that 4th ability, then you definitely want to start putting them on Obey. Particularly Garuda Egi.

Can't really speak for Sch though, I imagine they probably need their pets on Obey all the time. As an Acn or Smn though, not really needed until Garuda get's Contigen. (when solo)

Well I take that back, somewhat. While on Acn using Emerald Carby, you def want to prevent them from using their knockback abilities (while in a party). That said, Garuda doesn't use that ability unless mobs run up to her or are pulled close enough to her position for the skill to go off. (if I'm wrong about this then sorry. I know that if you click the knockback she will fly over to the target and do it with certainty. From what I can tell she doesn't move on her own when on Sic due to her stationary nature while she does her ranged attacks)

These days I pretty much always use Obey on my pets, depending on what I'm doing anyway. Sometimes I put Titan on Sic if I know he's going to be tanking a horde of mobs so that I don't have to micro manage putting up his shield ability.

But at the lower levels, specially when soloing in particular, using Sic is pretty effective.
