


It should be like in 1.x, where it was only dangerous if you left the main routes.Well one thing is for sure ( at least I hope so), going from 50-60, I hope Yoshi-P understands that at this point of the game, we don't need " easy content" anymore. Yes, have casual content, but don't go making Dungeons/Primals/easy, yes even the story ones! The Overworld in Heavensward should be kinda scary to go through. Make the normal enemies feel threatening to the point you may need 2-4 people to back you up.
Let 1-50 and 2.1-2.5 for the most part be for the people getting into the game understanding the controls/feel of the game etc. Let everything Heavensward onward have hard content, since at this point of the game, we should know what to do when faced against a hard enemy!


Its hit or miss. People will either:
a) Keep farming for glamour or another class because they know they are guaranteed a drop that they want.
b) Only farm what they want and move on.
I myself would fall into the category of B just because I've cleared it countless times but can never get the tank chest. However if new players know that they are guaranteed a drop they want they can keep farming it. Plus I'm sure coil stuff will be used for desynths so people will farm it for that one drop over and over again.

We best have new dungeons 50-60 if we are shelling out dollars.
Reconfigure the current over 50 ones to be done while leveling 1-50.
so we have more than 1 dungeons every 4 levels
I think solo party can only work in dungeon.
My idea is that 4 contents will be solo with the help of npcs. 8 man party will be reduce to 4.
Or something nice will be 4 contents reduce to 2 : you and your chocobo. 8 contents will be done by 4 ppl and their chocobos.

No, not that challenging. If I am forced to take a party with me everywhere I go that will totally ruin the game for me.
Really it just needs to be challenging enough that if you aren't paying attention or you pull too much at once you will get creamed. But if you're careful you should be able to go anywhere by yourself no problem.
Well, yeah if your focused you should be able to do it solo, but it will be kinda hard to solo but it can be done. Challenging enough you can solo. Another words try not to link! :PYes, I hope the overworld is more challenging.

While having general open world mobs feel a bit more threatening(ie you are not able to just afk auto attack them to death..) would be cool, what i'd really like to see would be the creation of lvl 60 zones that require you to group up to clear the dailies or in other words that, at least some of, the beastman tribe quests would be party oriented content. How much cooler would it be to go kill those nasty beastmen in groups where they actually push you back, as oppose to what we have now?
On topic, the content will sooner or later become useless, there's a finite amount of content you can keep relevant at any point.
Yes by loot wise but story wise new players will need to see these story part of these contents to learn why certain things are in future storylines.
For example, if Nero returns in 3.0 the new players that joined in 3.0 and skip over Crystal Tower due to being a lvl 50 endgame content, since they aim for lvl 60 stuff, will miss out on why Nero 's character development and would not know why he is like that in 3.0.
Another example, is if a New players start playing in 4.0 (which Yoshi-P has said he already planned all the way up to 4.0 or higher before 2.0 release) and they question why Bahamut has not appeared in the Main Storyline. That part is explained in the Coil Storyline which by then would be mos likely a ghost town and only people willing to help new players go through that content would actually get to see it.
Yoshi-P, unfortunately, already announced 3.0 will be new-to-MMO-player friendly.
I highly doubt we will see the things you listed. It goes a bit further than harder content imo. Jobs and stats should have more depth. It would add so much for "veteran" players. I hope the no base class for new jobs in an indication they will try. I think they finally accepted that the current job system limits them too much when they want to create interesting gear/jobs.

I"m sure people will be speed running some of the 50 dungeons once the lvl cap is lifted to be the 1st to lvl 60. How much exp you think brayflox HM will give? doing 6-7 min full runs or just the 1st 2 bosses for the mass of trash pulls.
