Main Scenario - Patch 2.5. Developers deserve praise. (spoilers)

I've long been a critic of the storylines and the content contained therein in both of Square-Enix's Final Fantasy MMO's. Patch 2.5 marks a significant improvement in each of these areas for Final Fantasy XIV. Not only does it strive to push some emotion onto the player but it also contains content that actually seeks to push the story to new heights.

I'm talking about The Chrysalis. It wasn't particularly an overly challenging battle but it was an actual addition that furthers the story over the simply "Go here and speak to X."

I'm really hoping that as we continue throughout the life of A Realm Reborn we see even more effort placed into the cutscenes, characters, and story content (like The Chrysalis) that Patch 2.5 has added.

I haven't seen this mentioned before, but whoever composed the score for the Keeper in the Lake dungeon/final encounter did an outstanding job. In my opinion, one of the top three in the game.

I really like Snowcloak's BGM. Like, a lot. It's calming and pretty.
