Caster LB gauge should only halve when manually cancelled

Se left us healers dry as hell ( no CS)
It ruined a lot of self defence and drgn slaying tactics lol. Now we are just the party's eos and selene. Rip independent thinking and freee will. Heal bot mode activateeee. Yoshi just gonna nerf everything till drgn is #1. I swear cuz its like the only class that they have been looking into patch after patch, adding small buffs here and there.

I love how so many casters are making the same threads over and over and over again, Stop whining, you have it no where near as bad as the Melee do.
