Id also have to agree. BLM are not OP as a class.What he said. Balancing around what's kind of a lackluster, just-for-fun gametype is not a smart idea. If you want to make Adrenaline specifically the way OP describes then whatever, but keep Limit Break in Secure and WD the way it is. That crap needs the interrupt penalty.
The new game mode just sucks balls.
