They are currently untoggling every time I enter a duty, I thought the last patch would include this in a quick fix but it didn't, will this be addressed anytime soon?

I hope so because this is really getting annoying, whenever you leave a duty you have to reaply it which wasn't the case before, it's the like game thinks we're lvl syncing.
This effect applies to all toggle on ability buffs, not just NIN. PLD oaths, WAR stances, and WHM/SCH Cleric Stance all do this (though cleric stance gets toggled so much that it really doesn't matter).
Since i play PLD often, I find this annoying as well. I probably average more first pulls in dungeons without a stance on than I do with one lol.

I posted about this in the bugs section a couple of days ago, hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Our ninja was mentioning this during raid on Tuesday. This doesn't effect any monk fist stance though.

It's definitely pesky.
Just did some mount farm runs and the bug is really starting to tick me off.
It's annoying as fuck when you DPS and notice halfway "wait my damage sucks... Oh for Christs sake the Venom is off."

It can be a little bit annoying, and on more than one occasion I have forgotten to activate it at the start of the dungeon - meaning people have had to prompt me to activate it. I hope it gets fixed soon, whilst obviously not a game breaking issue, it's pesky.
