LF War & Blm [FCoB Static] evening PST / afternoon GMT+11

Hello everyone. Our static is currently looking for replacements, specifically WAR and BLM -or- SMN (can't change title). Details below:

Server: Tonberry
Raid time: 8PM PST (GMT-8) / 3PM AEST (GMT+11). For 2-3 hours, but adjustable.
Day: Weekdays. Currently we're planning Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, but still adjustable.
What we're looking for: Mature people who are able to communicate, always willing to improve, and taking content seriously. Being able to receive feedback and constructive criticism is important, too. That said, we are online a lot, love to joke around, and like to have fun together! We also use VOIP (Vent, TS3), and other chat applications to keep in touch.
Currently looking for: WAR and Caster (BLM/SMN). We are at T11 10%.

Our group has 4 NA people so the timing may be a bit... weird.
