Odd graphics glitch

Edit: It seems restarting my computer fixed the issue, but I would still like it if someone had *some* sort of idea what shenanigans my computer is up to.



This'll be fun, because what I have is a tad...Odd to describe, and since it flickers, difficult to take pictures of.

What appears to happen is, the entire top-left fourth of the screen ends up with a ghost image over it of another part of the screen (Usually the middle, but it varies). I'm assuming it's more an issue with my computer than with the game itself, but it's reached the point where it'll just keep doing it, rather than just if I do certain things while the game is loading.

I have a NVidia GeForce GT220 (probably old, I know), patched to the latest version, but this wasn't happening with this consistency a week ago when I could last play, so I was wondering if anyone had some idea on what could possibly be doing this.

Or would it just be simpler to get a new graphics card? I have no idea.

If I can get a picture of it, I'll post it so people can see what I mean.
This is an old one, but similar to what is going on now, except no massive green stuff.
