LF 1 NIN for Static, no T13 experience needed

As long as you learn fast, we can take you in even if you have not completed T12. But please learn it.

A little more info about us:
We're a casual raider, currently raiding only once per week, the rest of the week will be free time, be it finding pugs to clear t13 or just slacking around.
We only raid once per week due to very tight schedule from all of us, we're all working and have very little time to raid but we still wanna raid when we can!
We've been around since first day of 2.0.

Our current progression:
All of us are at least ilvl120.
All of us have cleared at least Turn 12.
All of us have experience in Turn 13 P4.
Most of us almost cleared Turn 13.
3 of us have cleared Turn 13!

Loot allocation system:
We have a loot allocation system in place where by SAND/OIL/UAT are evenly distributed among all members of our team.
We also have a alternate class loot allocation where everybody chooses an alternate class, then duplicates will be given to the chosen alternate class.
In an event where all alternate classes have the items already, it will be a free roll for everyone.


Disclaimer for new comers:
Upon joining us, we will have a 3 weeks trial for you.
Week 1: You will not be able to loot UAT/SAND/OIL. But you can loot any specific classes that you are currently using.
Week 2: You will not be able to loot SAND/OIL. You can however loot UAT rolls.
Week 3: You will choose an alternate class to gear up, so if any duplicate loots that drops and your alt is that, we will pass it to you (or roll with other mates with the same alt class).
Week 4: Almost a guaranteed sand OR oil loot for you.
Week 5 onwards: As per normal, welcome!!
Of course, all these are negotiable and if we find it possible, we will give sand to you sooner!
