Well, stoneskin for example is always 18% HP (WHM trait) but the HP of the target increases as the game evoluates... Meaning stoneskin potency increases (more HP absorbed before/after) through a constant percentage. That's the same process when your mind increases and your spells heal better because the attacks deal more damages on a higher HP bar. This is actually normal x)

On a PLD, your Cure 1 will approximatively heal for the same % HP when you do T5 in old gear and when you do T9 with a recent gear. Only the values of the 2 Cure 1 are different but in the end, the %HP you gave back is similar. Your mind increases, your heal increases but don't forget HP of tank increases too. Same for all spells. When you outgear content though, you heal more %HP than before with the same spell, but it's a special situation.
