    The whole queue system needs a revamp, including the dungeon ones...

    They should be open for ALL servers, including the Japanese ones. It should put everyone together if you select all languages, this will reduce queue times tenfold. Why do you have an auto-translate feature if I'll never play with Japanese people?

    Because we were once all together, and it was terrible. The only people who could play with decent latency were people who lived near the where the servers were kept (aka, Japan). The rest of the players had to experience what the Australians are experiencing now: 300-500ms as a normal or higher, and with all maintenance done based on JST (which often meant "during PST prime time"). By segregating the servers, we're able to have much better connections, and more localized maintenance times.

    I dont think they ever would, because believe it or not PVP queues are MUCH faster than they used to be, due to all the new patch features.
    Imagine the time and effort that people put in prior to the hype (aka the career pvpers). I imagine everyone who has dedicated literally 6 months to get the mounts, due to horrendous queues will be salty if they become very common.

    Its like handing out the latest coil gear models as glamours to fresh 50s, people would not be happy if they are not a special little snowflake anymore.

    IMO TLDR;
    Coil should take dedication and months of work to beat for pve minded players,
    PVP should also take months of work to reap rewards for the pvp minded players.
    If you wont both "endgame rewards", put the time in.

    Dont expect things handed out willy nilly, this will surely cause the community to fizzle out if no content is left to beat.

    Im all for adding new currency to each match to shorten queues, but offering alternate ways to get the pvp only things is not the best approach, but thats me

    I just meant for the duty finder.... u won't have to play with 400-500 ping if you make premade groups etc, but i think those of us lvlings alts is quite painful when queues pass the 30-40 minute mark, I would rather do 4-man dungeons with a slight chance of high ping instead of waiting 30-40 mins imho.

    To be honest with you, you aren't making sense. Months of work shouldn't imply 200 minutes of queue. That would literally mean I do one thing a day and I can log out again. Sorry to say, but I don't spend 9 hours a day in the game during the week. Even in the weekend it's pretty rare for me to stay on that long. I wouldn't care if the queue was 30minutes, but it's annoying if you're in the queue for over a hour and than end up in players not pressing commence, making it take another 20-50minutes.

    I don't mind it, on balmung it's says 13 or 28 mins but both times using roulette after update it's been under 5.

    As far as PVP goes. only time I ever found it slow is when gaurda or T4 lights bonus where up. also 2am- 11 AM MST

    before the update queue times were fairly reasonable for Frontline PvP like less than 15 min

    I assume you are speaking of Wolves' Den, which is slightly dead and not the best route to level in PvP. That said, Frontlines will commence the instance regardless of player dropping or backing out. It's also the most popular feature for PvP at the moment.
