EN Server with GMT+6 to GMT+10

I'm a new starter here, may I know which server can I got with that specific time zone?
I'm from South East Asia.

I would generally say that youre best off with trying a server on a jp datacenter. There should be enough players there that are in similar timezones.
This is just an educated guess tho as im in the gmt+1 timezone so i dont have any problems finding people to play with on my server.

The JP server Tonberry specifically has a very large English-speaking population, as it's the server that a lot people in Oceania (Australia/New Zealand/South Pacific nations) decided to aim for. So that would probably be a good server to aim for (as Khorneflake said though, any of the JP servers would be ideal if you're after servers on a certain time zone, as they're all based on Japan Standard Time which is GMT+9 hours.).

I can't create my character at Tonberry

Try a different time. I was able to create one at about 4 - 5 am GMT +11 (this was like 3 or 4 months ago though).

OK.. barbecue latency on my current server is not that great but not so bad.
When I'm able to dungeons, I will know is it bad or not.
