    "Unable to download patch files [30413][20496]"

    What the subject says. I'm unable to download the patch onto my desktop and got the error codes [30413][20496]. Had no issues with updating my laptop. What's got me a bit puzzled is I just downloaded the game to the desktop three weeks ago.

    1. I ran the program as administrator
    2. I restarted everything

    Nothing's helped.

    Please advise.

    I have tried everything I can think of to fix this, other than re-installing the entire game. I have deleted the update folder (in documents), I have ran as admin, I have restarted, and every combination of such. I am now on day two of this error. Yes, I even tried changing my DNS. Anyone got ANY idea on how to fix this?

    I had the same issue, I dragged the exe out of the game folder to a backup folder (I made it on my desktop, it doesn't matter where you put it) and the launcher created a new exe for me. I finished downloading the patch no problems and I'm in game, try that out if you're still stuck.

    I fixed it, by re-downloading the whole game. Really? And now my buddy across the way is having the same issue on PS4...

    How does a company sustain a game when it is plagued with this, apparently, common issue, across multiple platform. The official response is to check firewalls, remove them, and try avoiding any "walls" between the backbone and your computer/console. It's obviously not the problem.

    Get your shit together and start responding to us, and letting us know you are at least looking into this. I play a 11 year old MMO that does MUCH better at this, and they are historically terrible at tech support.
