When is that indi Chocobo Stable in Capital Cities coming?

I'm on Leviathan, one of the highest populated servers. And them small houses disappeared the first few hours when personal housing was introduced.

Well I do, it's my own FC composed of all my alts. But once I reached high enough level all the houses are gone already.
