Sorry about saying Master's Mend II so much its just a habit because I use it in all of my 3* and 4* rotations.

Will my 451 craftsmanship be enough to finish with ingenuityII powered 3x CSII?

Absolutely, I've been told you just need 410+ for 3xCSII with Ingenuity II to work.
