Wanderer's Palance Hard Mode FPS Issue

Somewhat related, I've been having framerate issues every sense 2.5. I'm on a R9 currently. I was in the 60s, but just about everywhere is 30s. Could this simply be the result of more players coming back to see the new content? I don't know. Obviously that isn't the issue for OP but I'm just trying to figure out whats up. I use to be able to max all settings and maybe Mor Dhona was 30fps, but even that place is much worse now.

Double check the refresh rate/FPS limit settings, they messed around with it with the patch and added a new setting, make sure it's on the correct setting.

Under System Configuration -> Display Settings, scroll down.
