Bard Points Allocation - Isn;t it DEX?

You know that screenshots pointing out the exact same thing, with annotations pointing out the dex, etc, have already been posted multiple times throughout this entire thread right?

Again, Blacklisted. "I" cant see it on 'MY" screen in MY game because of lag. What's on your screen dosn't help me and you KNOW that.. Nothing else matters.
And the people who posted them were not rude and I didn't blacklist them because they were being helpful unlike most people who posted here.

Well when I started this thread I felt like an idiot, because I completely misunderstood a LOT of stuff regarding numbers and math, because frankly I fucking SUCK at math. Some players here helped me and my Bard improved by leaps and bounds and now I actually like playing him almost as much as I like healing, which says a LOT since I am the type of player that prefers to heal and not do anything else in MMO games.

However . . . now that I have come back and read some of the replies and arguments that picked up after I got my answers and forgot about the thread . . . I don't feel like much of an idiot any more

If that's true (which I doubt) then take screenshot proof and file a bug report. If you literally can look at your character screen before and after popping Hawk's Eye and not see the number increase then your game is legitimately bugged (which again, I doubt).

I mean, at least a dozen main spec bards have told you you're wrong and shown you picture proof of it working and you still argue. That being said I bumped into you in DF a couple of days ago in Garuda HM (I waved to you after) and noticed that you bothered to use it so maybe you did notice it and decided to still argue this to the grave

* They don't use Hawk's Eye
* Other bards they know/play with do not use Hawk's Eye
* Hawk's Eye only effects Accuracy but with diminishing returns at higher iLvls
* They do not see their DEX or Attack Power increase when using Hawk's Eye even though all of the Bards here do and have provided screenshots

I think that is about the gist of it.

Actually, I happened to get into a garuda HM through DF and saw him on his bard. He did pop it, yet continues to argue its useless
