Selling a rank 8 FC w/small House in Lavender Beds (fully furnished, leaving all as is). 146k of unspent FC Credit. Please feel free to check it out first. Plot 4, ward 6 if anyone is interested! Sales price will be 7mil, as there are no other small plots left.

In my honest opinion 7 mil is really pricey for a small plot furnished or not. Im sure there are small plots available on subdivision maps and also will be stuck with your FC name while the person buying it will have the guild title stuck to them making them unavailable to join another guild or having to make the entire guild move under a name they wouldnt want the identify themselves in. If it was at least a med plot for 7 mil ppl may buy. For a small plot best u could price at would be 1 mil

1mil would be a rip off to me. Not with all the items in the home. Not a single small plot is left in any part of Lavender (specifically). It actually has a nice view of the waterfall, too, albeit somewhat distant. I'm willing to drop it down to 5m, but any more than that just doesn't make sense.

You're assuming ppl want to use the house the way you have. Remember it comes with your FC tag. People don't want that unless maybe your FC name is incredubly good or accomplished in the server. I'm pretty sure more than half the ppl who is willing to buy from you is to take land title from you, get rid of it and then rebuild house from scratch to use it as personal housing or fc house of their own. If you mark it up at 5 mil ppl will have to potentially pay 9 mil to reset and purchase the land. That's awful lot for a small plot.

I see where you are coming from, but I'm also going off the assumption that if someone wants it enough, they'll be willing to pay its value. Nothing is stopping them from saving up to convert it to personal property, just like it wouldn't stop me (if that were my goal).
