    The Crysalis - Constant Error 2002

    After joining the new trial The Crysalis, about 2 minutes after joining, i receive error 2002 and i am kicked from the game. I then can not log back into the game until the group has kicked me out of the trial. Others have also reported the same problem. Please look into this. Thank you!
