Does world of Darkness drop encrypted tomestone?

Probably will be added eventually, that is the route the game always goes it seems.
Dear gods do not make it obtaineable from hunts though..

It would be another option from the weekly crystal tower quest most likely if they add it because they aren't doing direct drops in wod
