PLD Animus + WHM Relic at the same time?

Having recently returned, I'm only now working towards my PLD's Animus. I'm wondering if anyone could enlighten me as to whether I can keep working on my PLD books towards Animus while also having my WHM Relic Reborn quest at the same time. Or would it break my Animus progress if I start on my WHM relic?

A more general question is probably, is it possible to have relics of different jobs all progressing at different stages? As an extreme example, is it possible to be working on all of the following at the same time?

• WHM towards the base relic
• BLM relic towards Zenith
• ARC Zenith towards Atma
• PLD Atma towards Animus
• DRG Animus towards Novus
• WAR Novus towards Nexus

Yes you can progress through any and every relic stage at any time except you cannot have two different animus books at the same time nor can you have the same relic quest open for the base relic.

For ex. you cannot have these two things at the same time:
Black Mage: A Relic Reborn
White Mage: A Relic Reborn

or

Animus book of Skyfire I for Bard
Animus book of Skyfire II for Ninja

etc.

Anything else is fair game.

In fact progressing two relics at the same time is ideal. For ex. I progress my PLD Novus to Nexus while spamming dungeons for my SCH Dungeon item drops. Or spamming FATEs for light on Monk from FATEs while getting alexandrite for bard. etc etc
