Allow Blacklisting of Pending Friend Requests

So RMT spammers sometimes send friend requests before spamming their garbage messages. Currently, a pending friend request prevents the offending spammer from being blacklisted. Players that want to avoid junk spam have to open their friend window, deny the request in two confirmation windows, and only then are they able to blacklist the RMT bots.

Is there any reason why we can't blacklist a player who has sent a friend request, and have the system AUTOMATICALLY deny that friend request? I imagine the current problem is that you cannot blacklist a friend, and pending friends are treated the same way. The current system is merely a tool in the RMT spammers' favor, so I'd really like to see a change to it.

Playing on Ultros in the early morning hours, I can get as many as two /tell per minute since the bots have fewer online players to spam their macros on. Players need more tools to combat these annoying bots.

This macro is nice, but unfortunately it does not work if RMT sends a friend request, but no tell (happens all the time these days).
