Sargatanas - Crazy Lag

Been getting some crazy lag on Sargatanas this past week; usually bad around this time of night.

I'm on Time Warner Cable in Socal.

Same in cactuar walking passed people freeze for 2-3 second then they speed walk.

I haven't played much for a while after I updated seemed to be bad, don't lag on any other games except this what did they do?

Sometimes I think they made the zones too small and everything is just cramped causing lag almost like a counter strike map, if they put too much in a small area the lag is huge but in a expanded area not so much.
add the small area and tons of people with alot of props major lag.
