Permanent Spiritbind and buffs/debuffs not wearing off.

I was doing the R45 dungeon earlier today and when I used Spiritbind, it bound me forever! We were fighting the group of skeletons near the end when I used it. I tried switching classes, using abilities, unequiping gear, everything and I still could not move! My party ended up going on without me and we failed the dungeon... All of my buffs/debuffs would not wear off either. They all stayed on the top of my screen blinking with the timer saying 00:00. Even Returning to the start of the dungeon didn't remove it.

All my buffs/debuffs finally went away when the dungeon kicked me out and I could finally move again. Please look into this as we could have probably won if it had not been for the permanent bind ><

I also used the macro:
/ac "Spiritbind" <me>
when this occured but it was the first time it caused me to get permanently bound with the buffs/debuffs not being able to wear off. Also, when my party went on without me to the Batraal cutscene, I got the cut scene too from where I was but I was alone in the cut scene.
