Found a fix for not being able to update launcher

Right Click on the game icon go down to properties then in the Compatibility tab check mark the box run the game in windows xp service pack 3. I am running windows 7 every time i tried to update laucher it would give me all these error codes.this fixed it for me hope it helps someone. I also ran the game in administrator mode
