Suggestion: ilvl sync roulette

I would like to see a new roulette added, ilvl sync roulette. Include all lvl 50 dungeons or all lvl 50 trials (maybe a separate roulette for both?) Upon entry all players are sync'ed to 5 ilvls above the minimal entry requirements. So if a dungeons minimum ilvl is 55, everyone's gear will be sync'ed down to 60. The roulette bonus/tomes will be much higher then any other roulette. This would bring some challenge back to dungeons. I for one would like to see the challenge come back with an added incentive. No, nobody would be forced to do it, but it would be an option for those tired of the overgeared faceroll.

Nope and here is why. The whole reason for the rewards is to run old content so those starting out can actually run these dungeons.
This idea is nothing more then a plea for more tokens that are already easy to get. Even if the newbies go into the Ilvl sync trial, all that is
going to happen is they will drag the fight on and beat it at max echo. The more likely thing that will happen is the party will vote quit. Even
as over geared faceroll as it is now, the first wipe and ppl either jump ship or vote the fight out. This will do nothing more then speed progression to the
point it kills the game.
