I'm kind of confused by what youre asking (and it's not your fault im just trying to remember what you're describing), but:

To switch from the pet/mount hotbar to your regular hotbars and vice versa, you can just press R1 by itself.
Also, you can dismount a mount without actually pressing the mount button on your hotbar by just clicking down the right analog stick

Like the magitek mount that fires weapons, Accolade doesn't want the hotbar to popup for it. I'm not sure there is a way to disable mount hotbars, though. I need to get in the game to check it out. In the interim you cAn use L1 and R1 to dismount. Or is it L2 and R2 simultaneously?
