I remember release day for CE, and everyone in our group starting out in different areas with different linkshells (we had more than 128 to begin with). We all finally got together the first couple weeks and it was great fun finally meeting everyone in game. Then we all did a run around the world. We went through Gridania, then Coerthas, etc to Mor Dhona and some of our more...eh..."gifted" members decided to attack a Toxic Toad when they were R10ish. 15 newbies fighting a high level mob and then zerging back after dying, with one genius crafting in the middle of the fight.

They got it down about 1/4 of the way though!


Also Eft parties where you spammed Cures because it was the only way to get skill points, and/or everyone was trying to get in as many hits as possible. I still remember when they changed this and it was a godsend.
