SE FFXIV Merchandise in a million different locations

Why is SE websites laid out so badly?

I want to order some ffxiv stuff but there's so many different websites each with merchandise.

Not only that but they also have multiple sites for EU and JP, all with different types of merchandise available! Yoshi P said himself back before 2.0 released that he didn't think it fair to offer something to one group and not the others, yet this is happening.


I would really like to see the merch organized better and available from one site. I would like to buy some things but now I will have to pay separate shipping on each item when they could be grouped together.

There's also items like the t shirts and Polo shirts, again I would very much like to order them but here in America we are fat and need large and x large sizing, medium doesn't cut it for most of us.

Also I really like the Eorzea World Reports and Housing guides, however these have only been available in JP, please start localizing these there are many of us who would like to have them, even if you don't localize them at least make the jp version available to us.

I hope I have not taken too much of your time SE, I simply want to pay you for your merch and services.

I'm more annoyed that I can't find the Art book in the EU store :/ The NA store doesn't ship to Aust so I'm left wondering how the EU people got hold of theirs (outside of fanfest)

Layouts really need to be synced and cleaned up cos having to go to amazon to pay for an overpriced JP version is BS

Yes! That's a major point I am trying to make, there are so many different sites with different merch people can't even find what they want resulting in sales losses for SE

hmm true your link sends me to the german version. Only idea i could think of right now is.... try using an EU proxy to access the shop.

Not 100% sure but you can acces everything in EU shop (i haven't look that much for merchandise yet so not sure if the shop lacks something). The only thing it lacks is maybe a category to only display FFXIV stuff. They've sorted it in various categories like "Accessoires", "music", "books", but well it is the SE shop for all their ips and not the FFXIV shop i guess.

You have to manually change the region on the site to get to the EU one, every time I click the link it automatically sets me to NA, but if I click the nationality flag I can switch

Their store will not allow me, a US resident, to purchase from the EU store.

I think it would be wise and profitable for SE to combine merch into one site and allow the sale of other regions items sold together

You can get the artbook from Amazon. I plan to get it eventually but it is expensive shipping to Australia from the NA Amazon :/.
