Multiple Desything Bug

This happens to me every time I'm desything items, Ill be doing about 15 items and after a certain amount the action freezes and wont let me use any actions or items so Im stuck syaing Im handling items. What is causing this and also is there a way to cancel it without having to logout and re log back in?

I have had similar issues when converting gear to materia right after entering a busy zone. Zoning out worked for me.
