    Cannot open odin

    The quest npc doesnt have odin questline and pre-requisites have been fufullied. I even triple checked, quarrymill, mordhona and waking sands

    Yup. Go up the stairs and talk to the NPC hiding there. You should have already spoken to him in a previous quest. Once you are done speaking to him, I believe he sends you back to Quarrymill to speak to Simmie. Then you will go back to Grid and speak to the GC Sargent.

    There is no quest marker because talking to that guy just takes you to where the quest is. I guess the main reason there isn't any marker on the map, is because they don't expect people to leave without the next quest.
