Unable to download patch files. [30413] [10009] [10020]

At first, I wasn't even able to get the launcher to load, because it kept on giving me similar error codes.

I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it via Steam. I've been able to get the launcher to load now, but its giving me those error codes.

I've tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the game again, restarting my router, running it as an administrator, so on, so forth, but I can't seem to get it fixed.

Something odd though, it is trying to download "2014.03.06.0000.0002", which I'm GUESSING is an older version. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm having a similar issue with different error codes. [11003][10009][10019]

EDIT: I disabled my firewall and the patch downloaded. Not sure if that would work for you if you haven't tried it, though I assume you have.

Got the same thing happening to me. Every time, 128.68MB downloaded and then it stops. Tried firewall disabling, router in modem mode, changing DNS servers, restarting PC, deleting the patch folder and retrying, deleting my entire My Games folder and retrying, no dice at any point, still 128.68MB every time. Changed firewall settings, nothing different.
