Behest timer not working

After waiting for behest i do /clock it doesn't show ANYTHING on current wait time to do the next behest.

If there 30mins between wait time or something i cant tell. Some tell me that they have no problems doing behest every 30mins yet I cant. Keeps telling me I haven't waited long enough. It's REALLY annoying. I've had this problem ever sense 1.18 and its starting to piss me off. :X
