Proposal: a slight alteration to vote abandon

Yes, this is brought on by the recent release of World of Darkness.

proposal: When someone issues a vote abandon and it is rejected, that person is no longer able to issue a vote abandon for the remainder of the instance. (Other players still can do so)

I don't know what it is that compels certain SPECIAL people to continuously attempt to vote abandon at every little sign of difficulty or trouble in an instance, even one that's still brand goddamn new, even after they should already know that their vote abandon attempts are not going to succeed... but those people are certainly out there, I'm sure many of you have ran into them before (if you aren't already one of them yourself), and this serves no purpose other than to irritate and troll the raid because you aren't even told who's trying to do it. Just don't even let them try, I say.
