    Main scenario quest bug

    Currently on Rock Solid Protection, the quest that directs players to complete the dungeon Sunken Temple of Qarn. I have completed the dungeon three times in the course of a week, and it doesn't give me credit. Due to the fact that it's a main scene quest it cannot be abandoned, and because it is considered a bug, GM's will not help on the matter. So what is the fix?
