There is no team-work, smart, or "forced" part about it; there's little to no team-work or strategy in Slaughter to begin with. You are literally dependent on the other team having melee/healers/ranged that are dumb enough to walk into your alliance (and even then you'd still do much better as a ranged). The other team doesn't need to be smart and it doesn't really matter how skilled you are. You cannot attack other ranged as they will be turtled up with their alliance and you will be gunned down unless you have 1-2 dedicated healers (which is unlikely and a waste of resources). Do you not see how turtling being the optimal strategy is not conducive to fun or fair play?
