    Atma not dropping post 2.5 patch

    Can anyone verify that Atma is still dropping after the 2.5 patch? I've done over 30 today (yes, relic attached) and not one has dropped. I would think with the rate increase I should have got something by now. I'm on Faerie server.

    Not done that side of it on 2.5 but I do remember after 2.4, I was burning through the ATMA quickly. All except one in Thanalan. That took me 4 hours. It felt exactly like the old drop rate.

    Maybe try another area and see if you have better luck?

    I farmed a set for my Omnilex after 2.5, but there were 3 zones that took an EXCRUCIATINGLY long time to get even with the increased drop rates. My friend got 4 Atma in the time it was taking me to get one, so I know they do drop. I just think even with the increase it's still a matter of luck/animal sacrifice.

    Atma are dropping just fine. 1st day of 2.5 I went from 3/12 Atma (two of which I had before the FIRST drop increase) to having all 12 and working on my atma books in about 2 hours.

    Seemed like the Higher Level fates dropped them more frequently. I got my last 4 by doing lvl 44+ fates and they all dropped back to back in 1 fate each while lvl 35-40 seemed to drop between 3-5 fates. I got atma of the scales after 100s of fates and months of grinding (Pre drop boost mind you) and fish while doing a lvl 15 fate for a Hunter's Mark. (Wasn't even looking for it nor had I been. It just dropped. O.o)

    I think level difficulty may slightly effect the drop rate as the lower level fates always seem to take longer to earn them.

    I'm willing to check the drops over the course of the next few days, since I've just completed the steps for a new, shiny Stardust Rod: my main is Curtana + Holy Shield, but I wanted to have something handy when playing as BLM besides the obvious choice of raid/primal weapons.

    Difficulty might affect ratings, but that aside I don't know whether they've coded in other factors.
