allied seals and frontlines

Alot of people dont do Frontlines, because alot of people just dont like PvP. Even if you throw Allied Seals in the mix, people like that will still avoid it and just do PvE anyways.

And a lot of people don't do hunts because it's braindead content. Give seals to fl.
