    WAR Novus question

Hi, im gonna start melding my animus, and im doubting about 44 acc 31 det or 44 crit 31 det. Im OT in FCOB

Many ppl told me acc is neccesary cause a tank always need acc for new turns, but atm i think there is enough equipment to deal with the acc caps O.o.

    Can u help me?

Parry is totally discarted btw. Thanks!

What build are you aiming for? That will answer your question.

31 det is a no brainer. I'd split the rest between ACc and crit.

I'm not sure about what build follow. I wish to do a proper dps as a OT, at first i was thinking on go a parry build, but then i read and go informed about how useless parry is. So now i want to go a OT/dps build.

    Thanks for answer me!

If you have unlimited gil go crit/det and then buy i110 crafted accessories and meld in the accuracy you need at any given point. Arguable BiS right now is going to involve 2 i110 crafteds penta-melded, 3 i130 dps accessories, i130 on the left side, focus on 558acc with food, 390-420 sksp depending on your latency for 9-hit zerk, then det/crit in that order.

You should have no less than 10k hp for T13 (I've been progressing in it with no problems on my HP with 9950, but my healers are boss). After you get to 10k hp, 558acc, 410sksp, just go STR>Det>Crit.

I know that was long winded but its a complex question to answer depending on your current gear :/

Woa, thanks! That was a very usefull answer

My current gear is left side full 120 poetics and choker and earring poetics too. My wpn is ironworks 120. I had no luck in fcob, the tank drop doesnt exist -.-

Honestly, it's really "Six one way, half-dozen the other". Either you are trying to get more accuracy in as you're upgrading, or you're trying to get less. They're roughly the same difficulty. And BiS lists and stat targets change every time they release significant new patch.

Honestly, I would choose accuracy over crit just because the materia are cheaper. That's not a big reason, but it's the only difference IMO.
