And Im sure the drop rate was 1%, and after the patch its now at 2%? o_O There arnt any detailed infos.

But whatever, regarding droprates: it was around 1% from the start, but it already got increased once in 2.4 (also stated in the patch notes), which is assumed to be an increase from 1% up to 2%. I think SE even stated something like that in a japanese interview.

Hmm I don't think it was 1% as I saw all the ponies except ramuh multiple times before latest patch. I only managed to grab leviathans ponie though

It's 10% for certain.
