Few Suggestions for Housing

Hey, Rise Ku'jikawa from Cactuar here! Excited for 2.5's release soon!

So I bought a house (finally!) around a month ago or so, and it has been extremely underwhelming so far... other than having a personal Repairer, access to special dyes for really cheap and a closer Marketboard - there's very little benefit of actually owning a house and I personally wanna see a few additions and fixes to a couple of things:



* I would like to see a proper Armoire fix. It's almost not worth collecting armour pieces at all because you have to end up storing them on your retainer, which is then a jumbled mess. I would personally like to see an Armoire where you can store every type of gear (armor) and add Categories like "Binding Coil of Bahamut Gears" for example, or just let users customize and add their own categories, cause I'm sure some people would rather organize them by classes. I would just like to see something like this added to make collecting much more appealing for those users with OCD like myself. xD

* On the above... I would also like to see the addition of a Weapons Rack, to be able to store weapons currently not in use, with the same feature set as above. If possible.

* I would love to see some kind of Jukebox available for Housing and FC Houses added where you can collect songs and have them play automatically. Perhaps add loot to existing content in the way of Songs and have people roll on them? It would definately also add some incentive to running older content too!

* It'd be nice if you could invite friends to your house and let them use your Menders or Junkmongers ,etc, make that a "Permissions" if possible. Same way you can disallow or allow people to come inside your house, would be a very welcome addition.

* Although this one has a muuuuuch lesser chance of happening, I wonder if it would be possible to have sort of "Mannikins" in your house that you can equip armour too, to see glams, or just to show off a rare drop you managed to obtain somewhere. It would definately be nice to have!

* Minion placements in housing. If it was possible to have up to 3 minions that are automatically summoned inside the house and run around the house, it would certainly make it a little more lively. Personally, I'd be excited to see the mandragora family (minions) running about the house. xD

* Teleport Permissions. This is one I feel very strongly about - if it's not possible to allow people to share a house, you should be able to atleast allow users permission to teleport to your house, it'd have the same effect as actually sharing the house, especially if coupled with allowed usage of Menders and Sutlers in the house.

* Housing DEFINATELY could use the Aesthetitian Bell and the Cutscene Book. It's a little silly that staying at the inn gives you much more features than you spending money to buy a house... I believe these two, at the very least, should be added to personal housing.



There's a few things that I believe could liven up districts in general, especially the Subdivisions, which most of the time seem devoid of any sort of people, given that there's very little incentive to actually visit them. But that's another thread for another day... so what do you guys think? I think these should be added to housing and FC housings, they'd be nifty features that could help liven things up a little more and make the investment seem worthwhile if it's a personal housing. Cause so far, there's very, very little benefit to players that prefer personal housing to FC housing.. thanks for reading if ya did. o/
