Yeah I get what you are saying and it makes sense reading through your op. However, everything in the game can be easily hq'd in 2.4 gear already, so I mostly made this just for the sake of "patch day new stuff" and condensing my crafting bodies down to one piece. I knew it wouldn't have a meaningful impact alone. I have no plans on trying for the 541 you mention unless it becomes critical to have.

You're absolutely right, and I apologize for my earlier reply. I jumped to conclusion at the goal overall. /grovel

Our server market is already messed up , market is out of emery , raziqsand , raziqsap , minium , wootz ore , battlecraft demi 3 , borax , cashmere fleece , saurian skin and i mean nothing left , 0 supply!

I am wondering how hard it will be to acquire Allagan catalysts now - quite a few of the i110 equipment requires them (jewellery requires 1 each, but the new i110 weapons require 3 each)

they drop from ST and CT , in the amon chest and another one i forgot the name

Is fieldcraft demi 1 or 3 needed for any new recipes? Just wondering what will happen to the demi market in the near future as I'm currently sitting on 1k fieldcraft demi 1.

Control + F to get to the crafting new recipe section. Or just Search Fieldcraft to see where they all apply.

Thanks, it's only 2 and 3 so it doesn't look like the demand for 1 will rise. I just hope they won't make them easier to get.

You get them from desynthing ST gear too. I got 2 from... can't remember which piece. Belt maybe? Can't remember.

Anyway the new tools, is that purely gated behind GC seals, or are there other ways to obtain moonstones and such?

They stated that you can get moonstones from timeworn maps. I personally filled mine and my retainer's inventory with them, as they're unique items. Will be testing the maps when I get on later tonight to figure out how many stones you can get.
