It don't surprise me at all. All the new tools require some crafted items with 4980 quality and 40 durability. If the Master Book 2 items are Hell, thouse can be considered the Little Hell, the difficulty to make thouse items are just the same of the 801 difficulty items due to low durability and high quality requirements. Its means only one think, another RNG nightmare for us. I don't know, perhaps crafting is losing the point in the game, its only lucky based now.

Don't be fooled, it will never get to 10, Hasty Touch simple don't work. The maximun I got was 7 one time, the most common was 6 or lower. This new items recipes was supposed to reduce RNG? Hahahahahahahaha

These 40 dura items aren't even close to the difficulty of the master 2 books. These are fairly simple to hq and there isn't any risk at all. You can just finish those horrid rng 30% chance to hq synths and get the important ingrediants back anyway.

Say hello to my 48 failures due to Hasty Touch misses. Indeed they are not difficult, and also 801 recipe books are not difficult, as long Hasty Touch don't fail, they are as easy as any item. If you have lucky don't matter your status or your skills.
My Master 2 books for sample, the blacksmith took me 5 minutes to make 3 HQ item, even surprised myself. The weaver now its been a month and 108 failures so far. Also may I correct you, you get back a single material of the NQ item, you still loses 2 of
them.

Hmm, I could have sworn when I turned in a duck broth it gave me back 3 duck bones and a Canard breast. I don't have access to the game right now, but i'll have to check again later.
