I disagree, I like the parley and I wish they'd do more things like it. Parley reminds me of the old school method that made FF games great.. AKA "minigames" and new interfaces. To remove Parley would be a bad idea and to recommend they remove parley is an even worse idea.
Parley is great, we need more new interfaces and mini games like that and this game will be a winner..
It just need a little tlc..
