Um, no, if the timer expires and someone didn't bother to loot it, it loots to them. If you can't be bothered to click "Pass" in a 5 minute window, you deserve to get stuck with it.I see from the patch notes that they are staying true to form by forcing some poor bastard to relinquish their weekly look in case they are just unluck. What I refer to is this in the patch notes:
So, if a piece of gear drops that NO one in the party wants, and we all pass on it, the game will still force it onto someone instead of just dissolving it into nothingness, and that player as a result has to now wait a week before they have any hopes of getting a piece of gear that they actually do want..
