    [Proposal] New lvl sync options

    Level sync...
    Sometimes needed, sometimes boring, sometimes completely useless.
    What about giving choice to players?

    I am proposing three options:

    - "usual patch related level sync": the content has a level sync related to max ilvl reachable when it has been released (I speak about lvl 50 content): ilvl 90 max for 2.0 and 2.1 content, 110 for 2.2 and 2.3, 130 for 2.4 and 2.5. For lvl<50 content, the current max lvl is kept.

    - "hardcore mode level sync": the applied level sync is the same as the minimum required (i)lvl to enter the content. You want to enjoy challenge without changing all your stuff (can be painful to have 10 different set of gear for a job), then use the hardcore mode level sync!

    - "no level sync": you can enter the content with your current lvl/ilvl and blow up everything in 5 seconds. If it is what you want to, then why not?

    Of course, this must be parameterizable, and some constraints can be placed. For example: you have to chose the "usual patch related level sync" if you never did the content before. Or some special items could be available only if we use the "hardcore mode level sync". I think this idea is very interesting because with lots of possibilities and not that hard to code.

    I like it, the loot dropped would need affect to make it attractive.

    Default would be Usual patch Related Level Sync Where the loot that drops would be the standard Loot.

    Hard Core Level Sync would have Better gear and Items Unique to that mode and instance

    No level sync might be a no gear drop for example. Run in just for the sake of blowing stuff up Mode. Some RPers might take a liking to this.

    Yes please! It would be awesome if the level of sync used would effect drop rates (Ala the level slider in the world ends with you), but I'd be happy just to have the option for fun.

    We can choose to click off echo if we want a challenge, so why not this?

    I would appreciate this sort of addition. It's a lot more thought out than a blanket 110 level sync and there are always players clamouring for one end or the other. I'm sure most players (myself included) would almost always use unsynced to rush through quickly, but if the loot was changed then you'd need to at least have the 'patch' level sync in place to obtain armour, and perhaps with the min. level sync you could either get more of the same drops or additional loot/ tomes.
